You will be given whatever MB disk space, and bandwidth you need, (within reason) a Control Panel log in, 5 -10 Email Addresses, for $5 per month. ($60 pa) and no obligation to tie in for years.

Informational Brochure style STATIC website - Prices start at $100 per page -
Minimum price $200
We develop static Html or Xhtml pre-designed templates, at approx $100NZD per page, and 6 pages we offer fixed price of $500. Extra pages @ $50 per page.
Please be aware these are not CMS type web pages where you can log in and edit your own content.
In order to update your site, this is the procedure: you would email updates to us and we would add it for you for an editing fee, although we do offer one free update of simple text for free, per year, if you are hosting your website with us. (Hosting is ($60 per year)
Our packages can include an optional slider with up to 4 rotating images.
All templates will automatically include a contact form, and basic Search Engine metatags.*
*Our SEO service: we just manually add metatags, google verification and tracking, and submit your site to Google .
Not included: In Depth SEO Analysis, Domain name purchase and web hosting.
Please note most of these html templates are fine for viewing in computers, but do not resize completely in a mobile or ipad, therefore if you wish to get around this problem, you can choose a "RESPONSIVE" template. But believe me, they are very plain! They have to be liquid, to do the task of resizing.
CMS (Content Mangement System) price for entire set up is $1000.(includes training on how to use it)
We will set up all the sections and subsections and functionalities and image sliders and framework etc, and enter the main content for at least 5 main pages as well as the contact form page. Since these CMS allow for adding unlimited pages and Blog Posts for your content, we don't enter absolutely everything, but will train you how to add pages yourself. However we can offer our editing services by the hour, to complete any extra pages for you.
Most of these CMS themes are "RESPONSIVE" - i.e. templates that adapt to mobile devices.. So you can be sure they will be seen properly on any device.
Alternatively if you already have a website, we can migrate your website content to a Wordpress theme - for $800.
Terms and conditions:
Website Content: All content will be housed inside the templated structure of your choice. We will assist you to choose the right template, and modify it suitably until it looks unique for your site. You choose the number of pages you think you will need, and provide us the content to insert into each of the pages. The page names typically could be Home/About Us/Contact Us/Our Services/Products/Specials/Links/Our Portfolio or Testimonials. We can help you decide how many pages and how much content for each page.
Clients must supply images in jpg, png, or psd file formats.
Payment Terms: After your free consultation, but before proceeding with the project, you will be required to sign an agreement and pay a 50% deposit before development commences, and 50% within 1 week of "going live" with your site. (Going LIve is when the development of the site is finished, even if you havent finished adding all your content)
Additional Costs
Website Hosting: If the site we are building for you has no existing web hosting, then you need to allocate $60 hosting fee every year.
Domain Names: You can purchase separately at Crazy Domains, or Domains4less.co.nz for co.nz domain name registrations, and www.namecheap.com for .com domain names. Or Webdesinz can purchase these names on your behalf to save you time.
Development extra costs
For any casual content uploading and editing, copy writing, PDF creations, design of Business Cards for print; SEO tasks:
